I had a small issue with my order and honestly , I was a little worried at first . I reached out by email and they got back to me quickly .

They checked into it , explained what happened , and took care of it without making it feel like a big hassle . That really stood out to me .

Things happen , but the way they handled it made me feel like they actually cared . I’d definitely order from BBJ La Tavola again .

My order arrived way later than the delivery time they gave me, and it threw off my whole day. I kept checking for updates because I wasn’t sure what was going on. The items might be nice, but if they don’t show up when expected, that’s still a big issue. Not really happy with how this order turned out. Has anyone else had the same problem with late delivery?

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying these: they’re decent overall, but a few of the plates looked scuffed or scratched right out of the box. It wasn’t enough for me to call them totally unusable, but I definitely expected them to look new. You may want to check each piece carefully when it arrives
